• Nettle
• Oat Straw
• Rosehips
• Meadowsweet
• Ginger
• Cassia
• Turmeric

This tea comes in an eco-friendly 20 oz cardboard container that is re-useable, recyclable, & compostable (just make sure to remove the label first!), it is roughly 20 servings.

Directions:

1. Use 2 heaping tablespoons of tea for every 12 oz of hot water.
2. Allow to steep 15-20 min.
3. Strain and drink.
