Refund policy

At Collective Awakening, LLC, we want every purchase to feel as good as the energy behind it. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, contact us at loveandlight@collectiveawakening.shop. Because our products are sourced through a variety of supplier partners, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we'll provide specific instructions once your request is approved. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges The quickest path to an exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, please reach out to us at lovelandlight@collectiveawakening.shop.

European Union Orders If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
